Monday afternoon through Tuesday...

On Monday afternoon, the students left classes at Saint Paul, and we had a guided tour of the old city of Saint-Etiennes.

Selfies by the fountain on La Rue Saint-Jacques.

On Place Jean Jaures near Le Hôtel de Ville (City Hall).

And with some free time after the tour, we found many Algonquin students riding the Carousel on Place Hôtel de Ville!

And then we waited in the school courtyard to meet our french host students, as they were released from classes for the day, at 6 PM!

On Tuesday morning, as short bus ride brought us to the Chateaux de Bouthéon.

We had lunch on the lawn outside Chateau de Bouthéon, then back on the bus for a short trip the the Atelier-Musee Du Chapeau, to learn the the French had traditionally made felt hats.
